Phase 1

5. Send the firm all required documents

6. Fill out financial data form

7. Take the first credit counseling course

8. Pay firm to prepare your bankruptcy petition

Phase 3

9. Sign your bankruptcy petition

10. Petition is filed

11. Zoom 341 meeting with the bankruptcy trustee and your attorney

12. Take second credit counseling course

13. After a successful case, sign your bankruptcy discharge and be debt free
